I visited during sunset. The view of the sunset, the sound of the waves, delicious food, and drinks created an amazing atmosphere that heightened my senses and made me feel so happy. The Mexican shrimp cocktail i had, which I had been wanting to try, was plump and so good!!! bit spicy!!
30 minutes to get our food. The food was very good!!! Tortilla soup was good. Coconut salad was huge & enough for 2 people.
We went there 8 morning out of 10day this vacation. Best coffee and view with toes in the sand. The staff are great and we considered them friends. Will be there next year. Oh and the best French Toast.
A The food is excellent, good menu selection, my favourite is the unique 7-layer salad. Sit on the beach or in the restaurant, both on the Malecon for people-watching. Staff very friendly and attentive, so a favourite with many locals.
It is our preferred beach restaurant. We have not dined inside, only on the beach. Being at the North end of the beach means fewer vendors. The service staff know us and treat us very well. The prices are better than most restaurants to the South. The food is consistently good but not excellent. The presentation is usually great. We like being there for sun set. When we have guests in town we usually take them there first. Restrooms are excellent.
Great place, right on the Malecon. I had the house speciality coconut shrimp and it was absolutely delicious! Big serving too, with potatoes cakes and corn on the cob. I definitely recommend it.
Great place for lunch on the beach or indoors! We loved the fish and chicken tacos along with our cold drinks! There was relaxing live guitar music while we ate. We even had whale sightings! No pressure to leave right away. The vendors do come by your table to try to sell you things. Seems to have a lot of loyal customers. Very clean bathrooms.
My mom is helping me write this. I am 7 years old. The people working here are the nicest. I spilled my drink and they were so nice to me. They helped me clean up and got me a new drink and a clean shirt. I was so sad and they helped me and made me happy. The food was good too!
